Baked Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms

     Serves: 4 servings
  
      - 1 lb salmon fillet
  - 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
  - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  - 1 tomato, chopped
  - ¼ cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
  
      - Preheat oven to 375°F.
  - Place fish fillet in a 13X9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  - Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over fish.
  - Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  - Serve and enjoy!
