Baked Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place fish fillet in a 13X9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over fish.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
