Banana Berry Smoothie

     Serves: 2 smoothies
  
      - 1 cup low-fat milk
  - ¾ cup honey Greek yoghurt or your favorite yoghurt
  - 1 banana
  - 1 cup frozen blueberries
  - 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
  
      - Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
  - Enjoy!
