Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ¾ cup honey Greek yoghurt or your favorite yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
