Mint Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
  • 2 cups yogurt, whisked till smooth
  • ½ cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and grated
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours.
  2. Serve with tandoriis or pulaos (rice dishes).
  3. Enjoy!
