Asian Style Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 8 (1.324 kg/ 3 lbs) bone-in pork chops
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the pork chops in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and freshly ground pepper; pour over the chops.
  3. Cook on low setting for 5 hours or until the chops are tender and moist.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
