Avocado Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ΒΌ cup low fat milk or soy milk plus more to get preferred consistency
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until mixture is smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more milk and process until desired consistency has been reached.
  2. Serve immediately.
