Sauteed Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs white button mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wipe mushrooms with a slightly damp paper towel and then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook for about 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Add sea salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar to the pan and stir to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if using.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
