Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 2½ lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and return to the oven for another 2 minutes.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus before serving.
