In a shallow casserole dish, whisk together the oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, salt, dill, oregano and paprika. Add the salmon and coat with the marinade; cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for half an hour.
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Transfer salmon plus marinade on the prepared sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
