Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (I used the olive oil one)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 salmon fillets
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve ⅓ of mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
  4. Serve salmon with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions.
