Italian Sausage Marinara

Ingredients
  • 4 uncooked Italian sausage links
  • 2 cups marinara sauce, homemade or store bought
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • ΒΌ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
Instructions
  1. Heat 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sausages; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink in center.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook just until cheese is melted.
