Thai Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cans (184g) tuna, drained
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, break the tuna in small pieces. Add the onion, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Serve on lettuce, hot steamed rice or crackers.
  3. Enjoy!
