Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  • 400 g ground chicken
  • 7 pieces dried Chinese mushrooms
  • 1 can (227ml) sliced water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • ΒΌ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • Hoisin sauce
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, separated, washed and dried
Instructions
  1. Cover mushrooms with hot water and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain, remove the stems and chop the caps finely. Set it aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir fry chicken for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sherry. Stir into the mixture in the wok. Mix well.
  5. Serve with lettuce and hoisin sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
