Baked Salmon with Herbed Mayo
Baked salmon with herbed mayo is such an easy recipe. It consists of salmon fillets spread with mayo, parsley, lemon and salt, and then baked until flaky.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with foil.
In a small bowl, combine together mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning salt. Mix well.
Place salmon fillet on prepared pan. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over the salmon.
Bake salmon fillet for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve and enjoy!
