large ripe avocado
peeled, pitted and sliced

sweetened condensed milk

low fat milk or soy milk plus more to get preferred consistency
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender and process until mixture is smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more milk and process until desired consistency has been reached.
Serve immediately.
