Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup low fat milk or soy milk plus more to get preferred consistency

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until mixture is smooth. If mixture is too thick, add more milk and process until desired consistency has been reached.
  • Serve immediately.
