Ingredients

  • 30 regular digestive biscuits coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6 tbsp icing sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, sugar, melted butter and cocoa; whisk until smooth. Add biscuits and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer mixture into 9 X5 loaf pan that has been lined with plastic wrap. Using the back of a spoon, press well to take the shape of the pan. Make sure all corners have been fully filled. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, dip sharp knife in hot water and slice.
