Mint Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt whisked till smooth
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled, deseeded and grated
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours.
  • Serve with tandoriis or pulaos (rice dishes).
  • Enjoy!
