Ingredients

  • 2 lbs asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic grated or minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash asparagus and then gently bend the end of each spear until it snaps naturally. Pat spears dry with paper towels and sliced diagonally into 2-inches pieces.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add asparagus and saute, stirring often until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
