Ingredients
1lbbeef sirloinsliced thinly
Juice of 1 lemon
2tbspsoy sauce
1onioncut into rings
1tomatostem removed and sliced lenghthwise
2tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Marinate beef in lemon juice and soy sauce for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.
Pan fry the meat in hot oil until brown. Transfer to a plate.
In the remaining oil, add onions and fry for couple of minutes.
Add reserved marinade and stir, adding more water and soy sauce if desired.
Let mixture boil and then add sliced tomatoes. Stir and cook for another minute.
