Steamed Bok Choy with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

baby bok choy
halved and washed thoroughly
4
cloves
garlic
chopped

tablespoon
soy sauce

tablespoons
water

teaspoon
cornstarch

tablespoon
olive oil
Sesame oil
Instructions
Steam bok choy for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Heat oil in a saucepan over low medium heat, add garlic and sauté until brown.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Pour the mixture in the pan and stir until sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over steamed bok choy. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve and enjoy!!
