Ingredients
3lbschicken wings
1tspseasoning salt
1tbspolive oil
Sauce
½cupsugar
3tbspsoy sauce
5tbspwater
½cupvinegar
½tspsalt
1tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare the chicken wings by removing wing tips and discard. Cut wings apart at joint. Place in a large bowl and toss with seasoning salt and olive oil.
Arrange seasoned wings in single layer on a large baking sheet with sides. Bake for 30 minutes.
Mix ingredients for sauce and then pour over the baked chicken wings. Baked for another 45 minutes, basting and turning wings over halfway through.
