Ingredients
400mLcoconut milk
1/2cupchicken broth
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbspfish sauce
2tsphoney
1 ½lbsskinless chicken thighsliced into strips
Salt and pepperto taste
2tbspvegetable oil
2clovesgarlicthinly sliced
1bunch broccoliseparated into florets
1/4cupbasil leavesthinly sliced
Instructions
Whisk coconut milk with broth, soy sauce, fish sauce and honey in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil on a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for a minute or until lightly golden and fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until golden, 7 to 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk mixture and broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp, 2 to 4 min.
