Ingredients
¼cupolive oil
1onionchopped
2garlic clovesminced
28ozcan diced tomatoes
6ozcan tomato paste
1tspdried oregano
1tbspdried basil
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
½cupwhite wine
Instructions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and wine.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.
With a hand blender, process until mixture is smooth.
