Honey Mustard Salmon

1/2 cup mayonnaise I used the olive oil one 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 green onions chopped 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1 pinch salt 4 salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 of mayonnaise mixture.
Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
Serve salmon with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions.
