Honey Mustard Salmon

Succulent salmon fillets slathered in a creamy honey mustard sauce, topped with fresh green onions. It's a quick and tasty way to elevate your weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise I used the olive oil one
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 salmon fillets

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Reserve 1/3 of mayonnaise mixture.
  • Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
  • Serve salmon with reserved mayonnaise mixture and garnish, if desired, with additional chopped green onions.
