Ingredients
4salmon fillets
Salt
1tspgrated ginger
1/3cupbottled sweet chili sauce
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbspchopped green onions plus more for garnish
Instructions
Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish and season with salt.
In a bowl, combine the ginger, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and green onions, and mix until combined. Pour over the salmon fillets, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven to broiler (on high). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush with cooking oil.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the prepared pan. Broil for 10-12 minutes or until opaque and easily flakes with a fork. Broiling time may vary depending on the oven and the thickness of the salmon.
