Ingredients
1lbflank, top sirloin or inside round steak, thinly sliced
Sea salt and freshly cracked peppercorns
2tablespoonsavocado oil
9ozsnow peas, ends trimmed
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Sauce:
1/2cupwater
2tablespoonsoyster sauce
2tablespoonslow-sodium soy sauce
2clovesgarlic, minced
½teaspooncrushed red pepper
½teaspoonsesame oil
1teaspooncornstarch
Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add snow peas and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender.
Give cornstarch a final stir and then add to the pan. Stir and cook for a minute or two or until sauce slightly thickens.
Serve with steamed rice, garnished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
