Ingredients
1lbtiger prawnspeeled and deveined
2teaspoonscornstarch
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground pepper
1tablespoonvegetable oil
2clovesgarlicchopped
1teaspoongrated fresh ginger
1shallotfinely chopped
Sauce
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespooncider vinegar
1 ½teaspoonschili garlic sauce or more for a spicier sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss the prawns with the cornstarch, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat the bottom. Add the garlic, ginger and shallot and stir fry for 40 seconds.
Add the prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes or until pink.
