Ingredients

fresh lime juice

fish sauce

Instructions
In a medium bowl, break the tuna in small pieces. Add the onion, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve on lettuce, hot steamed rice or crackers.
