Ingredients

  • 2 cans 184g tuna, drained
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, break the tuna in small pieces. Add the onion, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve on lettuce, hot steamed rice or crackers.
  • Enjoy!
