Pan-Fried Tilapia with Herbed Yogurt Sauce

November 24, 2013 by Liza Agbanlog 2 Comments

Pan-Fried Tilapia with Herbed Yogurt Sauce Tilapia is a kind of fish that is popular in the Philippines. I remember growing up eating grilled or fried tilapia. So, I was quite surprised and glad when my family moved here in Vancouver to learn that tilapia is easily accessible and even available in fillets. In this recipe, the tilapia fillets are simply pan-fried and served with a healthy sauce consisting of cilantro, green onions, zest and juice of lime and yoghurt. Simply delicious!
