My husband and I spent New Year’s Day with my sister and her family. We had lunch at her daughter’s house where everyone brought something to share. I brought honey soy chicken wings, turtle pretzels and mango pudding. My sister made pasta puttanesca, which was really delicious. My niece made miso flavored broiled salmon which I ended eating a lot of. My husband and I were the first ones to arrive so I was able to see how the salmon was made. It was easy to prepare and simple to make. I had left-over white miso paste in the fridge so I decided to make it at home. After finding the recipe online, I was able to make this tasty salmon dish on Tuesday for dinner. The salmon came out tender and succulent after 10 minutes in the oven. Cooking time may vary and depends on the oven and the thickness of the salmon. This miso-glazed salmon when cooked properly tastes amazing. Enjoy!
